Head hunter, employment, recruitment, staffing, temporary works service providers or related agencies without a prior Valid Agreement in place with Zimmer Biomet are forbidden from sending unsolicited resumes. In case of violation of such prohibition, they are made aware that the delivery of unsolicited resumes remains at their own risk without creating any obligation for Zimmer Biomet and independently from any actual use by the latter of said resumes. In particular:
- Zimmer Biomet will not pay a placement fee for any unsolicited resumes received without a prior written agreement authorizing the third-party to source candidates.
- Zimmer Biomet explicitly reserves the right to pursue and hire any candidate(s) submitted in violation of these principles and has no financial obligation to the head hunter, recruiting, staffing, temporary work service providers or employment agency with respect to unsolicited candidates, including those submitted or discussed by a third party with our hiring managers in the absence of a valid written agreement.
